Established in 2017 and relaunched in 2024, The King George is a modern speakeasy dedicated to the timeless art of the cocktail. Every drink we serve is built with intention from fresh-squeezed juices to house-made syrups, tinctures, and bitters. The King George speakeasy is now open to the public. All patrons must be 21 years of age with valid photo identification - no exceptions.

Every second and fourth Thursday, the King George speakeasy opens the stage for a laid-back night of open mic followed by karaoke, hosted by Erin Levine.
The evening kicks off with open mic at 6:30 pm, welcoming singers, musicians, spoken word performers, and first-timers in a supportive, low-pressure setting—designed to make performing feel fun and approachable, not intimidating.
Around 8:30-9 pm, we shift into karaoke, where the vibe turns up, and the focus becomes pure fun. Whether you’re grabbing the mic or cheering from the crowd, the goal is simple: create a welcoming space for creativity, connection, and a great night downstairs at the King George speakeasy.
Erin Levine is a York local whose musical roots began at open mic nights. Her acoustic style blends classic rock, pop, country, and crowd favorites into relaxed sets that are best enjoyed with a drink in hand. Erin brings an easy, welcoming presence that keeps the room comfortable for first-timers and seasoned performers alike—encouraging participation while letting the night unfold naturally.

This place is amazing. I almost hate to say it because we would love to keep it a secret! Great music, amazing drinks from a true mixologist, delicious food from the restaurant upstairs. Only open Fri/Sat nights but so worth the visit! Great for date nights, girls night out, bachelorettes, etc… close to many other bars too!
